The Position:

We are looking for a talented mechanical engineer to join our team. This person will be working with stakeholders to listen closely, investigate thoroughly and look at the big picture to bring each project to reality with the highest level of customer service. Passion for work will shine in designs, client interaction and teamwork.

As a company, we identify all options and review the pros and cons to determine an optimal solution for our clients. We work collaboratively to find creative solutions that offer maximum benefit to the facility, its occupants, operators, and environment. Every project is approached from an energy efficiency standpoint, with attention to maintenance, utility cost, and upfront costs. Our responsibility is to provide right-sized solutions for the full project lifecycle that meet today's goals and address long-term needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Working side by side with your client stakeholders and internal project teams to deliver the best designs for each project
  • Balancing multiple project requirements
  • Coordinating with all project stakeholders - architects, engineers, and clients - consistently and skillfully
  • Providing load calculations and energy analysis on projects
  • Selecting and scheduling equipment
  • Issuing change requests when required
  • Navigating changes, risks, and other construction messiness to the satisfaction of the contractor/owner and our company


Requirements:
  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and 6 + years of professional experience as an HVAC/plumbing mechanical engineer- you have your PE
  • Experience with HVAC in new construction, re-engineering, and retrofit projects
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and load software (HAP)
  • Organization and communication skills

  • Special interest in historical restoration projects


Salary + Benefits:
  • Salary $90,000-$110,000 and unmatched professional growth
