Responsibilities
The candidate will be onsite between the project location and the San Francisco office, located in the downtown area. The position offers a hybrid schedule as the project allows. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $225000.00/yr.

Responsibilities
- Lead high-performance teams to achieve project goals.
- Implement proactive safety initiatives and foster a strong safety culture.
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effectively manage scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
- Continuously improve processes and implement innovative solutions.
- Prioritize client satisfaction and deliver exceptional project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required.
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management including ground-up healthcare construction.
- 10+ years of experience managing projects for a general contractor.
- Experience with OSHPD/HCAI projects strongly preferred.
- Broad understanding of successful project delivery including financial data, production planning, and lean process improvement techniques.
- Experience in medical, ground-up, and general contractor projects.
