Job Title: Divisional Project Manager

Job Description

As a Divisional Project Manager, you will lead projects for implementing manufacturing strategies for new Neurovascular products (venous thromboembolism clot removal). You will be accountable for all design transfer activities, ensuring the product is delivered on time, within scope, in quality, and on budget. You will manage project and product costs, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks. Your role will involve activating and motivating the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on time. You will collaborate closely with R&D, production, and suppliers to understand end-customer needs and ensure successful project implementation. Additionally, you will innovate and improve current project management tools and the PMO governance.
Responsibilities
  • Lead projects for implementing manufacturing strategies for new Neurovascular products (venous thromboembolism clot removal).

  • Manage project and product costs while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Activate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on time.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and suppliers to understand end-customer needs and ensure successful project implementation.
  • Innovate and improve the current project management tools and the PMO governance.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and resource prioritization.
  • Handle employee performance escalation and workflow issues.
  • Review deliverables and conduct spot checks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 6+ years of post-graduate work experience
  • 6-8+ years of project management experience
  • PMP or equivalent preferred
Work Environment

This position is onsite in Irvine, CA. The work environment includes 10 Paid Holidays and 2 weeks of PTO. The role requires collaboration with various departments and a focus on innovation and improvement of project management tools.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
