Position Summary: As a contributing team member, the Sales Account Manager will report directly to a Director of Sales DOS . The position will have regular interactions with the DOS and other Sales Account Executives while focused on cultivating relationships with assigned CCA - National Accounts. These accounts will include Panda, Wingstop and 7E. This person will be accountable for building relationships, selling new items in negotiating contracts and prioritizing efforts against plan. This position is expected to work cross functionally with various business units and trade teams to build new businesses, protect the core business and create a competitive advantage while attaining mix and volume targets within our value-added product tiers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and nurture professional relationships with assigned CCA - Cultivate accounts within the market to achieve business objectives. Gather and maintain key insight for all assigned accounts including size of business product opportunities, competitive set timing and potential hurdles. Track progress using the tools provided reporting status so all applicable parties are aware. Manage all strategic initiatives. Work with both poultry and prepared Business Units and Revenue Manage teams to deliver against sales plans and goals. Provide sales support for everyday business needs, customer visits and events. This may include but is not limited to product sampling and presenting key features and benefits. Must be able to deliver against your volume goals and executive price strategies within the marketplace and manage the volume and the mix of products sold.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5 years outside sales experience preferred. Food Service, Food Service Manufacturing, or Distributor Sales

Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Special Skills: Strategic thinking negotiation skills understanding of motivational leadership skills conflict resolution skills

Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products

Travel: 30 - 50

Pay Range/Rate:

$83,000.00 - $173,000.00

Any listed amounts represent the base pay range. Additional compensation may be available for this position based on various factors such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses. Pay is just one part of Tyson's total compensation package.
