Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading Agile teams and applying Scrum principles
• Proficiency in Jira for managing project deliverables
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, and SAFE
• Technically competent with software programs including MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Scrum Master or Agile certifications
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse and data management principles
• Experience with Client Change Management processes
• Ability to create documents, diagrams, and roadmaps showcasing team work and architecture

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead two Agile teams to achieve business value
• Facilitate Scrum routines and maintain communication with management
• Execute Enterprise Change Management requirements
• Work with Agile teams to remove impediments and ensure project scope and delivery
• Manage governance routines and establish status update routines
• Coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
• Build and maintain relationships to establish credibility and achieve objectives
