How you'll make an impact
Our Strategic Relationship Principals manage and maintain C-Level relations at our largest clients (5K employees +) and lead the development of client Total Rewards Strategy, while uncovering new revenue opportunities. Primary responsibilities include:
Responsible for the overall client relationship and client satisfaction. Serves as key escalation point for client issue resolution and serves as an advocate for their client within Gallagher.
Accountable for overall revenue growth, expansion (cross sell), and revenue retention across all Gallagher lines of business
Responsible for and leads ongoing client account planning and regular internal team strategy and debrief meetings, in collaboration with producer lead and line of business SMEs
Responsible for understanding all Gallagher line of business offerings and the key people within each line of business to reach out to when opportunities are created or present themselves
Sets and leads the delivery of annual client stewardship meetings in coordination with producer lead(s) and key line of business SMES, and participates in other key client milestone meetings
Responsible for all contract reviews (MSA), negotiations and coordination with GBS Legal
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years experience. Appropriate insurance licensing required.
Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.
Behaviors: Act independently with minimal direction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
