Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Position / Specialty: PCU/Tele RN
This is technically "tele unit " but the take level of care is PCU.
Only looking for June starts
Shift: Travelers are scheduled primarily one shift (day or night) but cannot request a shift preference.
* Travelers have a four-day window to switch/pick up/find coverage before the schedule is finalized.
* Overtime is at the discretion of management and not guaranteed.
Weekend REQ: Yes - Every other. Must be flexible to support the facility's needs.
Open to accommodating block schedule? TBD by unit's needs
HOLIDAYS REQUIRED! Exact dates TBD by unit's needs. Traveler cannot request which holidays to work.
Years of experience REQ: 2 years required; 3-5 years preferred.
First-timers accepted: No
Ratios: 1:4-5 (This is technically "tele unit " but the take level of care is PCU.)
Certs REQ:
- Compact or Guam licensure in hand REQUIRED at time of submittal
- ACLS
- BCLS

Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Must be willing to float down to Med-Surg and ED Tele overflow as needed. If floated to ICU, traveler will not care for patients outside their scope of practice.
Locals accepted: No - Candidates who reside in Guam are considered local and will not be considered.
Pending License accepted: No - All RNs must have Compact or Guam licensure in hand at time of submittal
RTO Restrictions: RTO must be approved and included in the contract prior to the start date - No RTO may be added after the contract has started. Max of 3 consecutive days per two weeks. Max of 7 total days.

Guaranteed Hours: Contracted hours. Client can cancel 3 shifts per 13-week assignment.

About the Unit:

Routine, uncomplicated cardiac procedures: Non-cardiac thoracic surgery (e.g. pulmonary lobectomy; first 48 to 72 hours unless complications occur).
Nonurgent percutaneous coronary intervention with complications or suboptimal results (for at least 24 hours or until complication is resolved).

Flights are not reimbursed. Recruiters - please margin for round-trip airfare and include this in the pay package.
Travelers will be scheduled through the last day of the contract; they should not book flights home until the entire contract is complete.
Travelers should be prepared to pick up additional shifts due to census in all units.
