LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting a Data Warehouse Programmer - (BSD) to support our contract at the IRS/CI in Fairfax, Virginia.

Location: 100% Remote

Position Overview:

LinTech Global is looking for a candidate to join our team as a Data Warehouse Programmer to provide support to our client with Business Solutions Development (BSD). BSD requires experienced solution architects, data managers, Extract, Transfer, Load (ETL) programming, data science and analytic resources to transform and modernize CI data management and analytic solutions.

Job Duties: Business Support Development - Business Line Applications - Power Platform

• Provide product support and maintenance of the data warehouse.

• Perform data warehouse design and construction.

• Prepare/implement data verification and testing methods for the data warehouse.
• ETL and Database programming.

• Provide analysis and recommendations, oversee implementation, and support the current data warehouse operation while modernizing it to include a full transition to the new service.

• Support the establishment of technical prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and limited operational pilots to assess candidate technologies and solutions for Data Warehouse Modernization.

• Develop dashboards for International Database (IDB). Proof of Concept for CI-relevant demo/pilot using Power BI.

• Provide engineering services for Data Warehouse systems, networks, cloud, virtualization, security, workstations, applications, and other IT-related components, and provide solution engineering support to resolve technical issues facing the CI Data Warehouse.

• Modernize data management workflows that collect, maintain, and provide data that supports the CI Mission.

• Leverage database systems including data warehouses, data marts, and models needed for business, financial, and operational analysis and/or reporting.

• Perform data analysis which supports and enhances CI information management systems and services.

• Experience with one or more data technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Data Warehouse, SQL Server, etc.) and a willingness to learn how to leverage these technologies to improve business intelligence.

• Develop reports, dashboards & scorecards, data exploration, and visual analytics using existing and emerging technologies and tools.

• Provide insight and recommendations on new and emerging technologies and concepts to CI team members.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in CI environment is a plus.

BSD supports automation of Business Line processes and applications. Through modernization initiatives, BSD requires experienced Microsoft (MS) Power Platform solution developers and resources to ensure CI delivers solutions using the set of Power Platforms including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. This is aimed at accelerating potential solution requests to meet CI Business requirements and representative but not all inclusive of dashboards, workflows, and applications. The contractor team will develop solutions to business user requests through the CI defined approval process and includes business and technical requirements analysis, design, application system requirements management, development, test planning and testing, quality assurance, documentation, integration and coordination, risk management, deployment, and maintenance of the solution through the entire lifecycle to include integration with existing or new technologies. All solutions must adhere to CI compliance and policy standards. Delivery of solutions should align to the PPPM and utilize agile methodologies including continuous delivery pipeline. BSD requires continual support for Power Platform Solutions. Hours should decrease as business and organizational needs are met with Power Platform solution that is new to the CI Environment today.

Desired Outcome:

The development and deployment of error free modernized applications using Microsoft Power Platform solutions supporting the CI Mission. Validation of the completed solutions meets all requirements and operates with the required endpoints and peripherals and accessories as described in requirements. Follows agile continuous deployment pipeline

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. inrelatedfield.
• Musthaveexperttechnicalknowledgeand 5+years'demonstratedexperienceinapplication development and programming.
• Proven leadership engaging executive stakeholders on large-scale modernization, cybersecurity, and infrastructure planning.
• Provide complex process flow charts and diagrams, and presentations
• Strong grasp of Business Process Engineering (BPE), IT portfolio governance, and Digital Modernization execution.
• Provide presentations and formal or informal briefings to various audiences as needed
• Skilled in bridging high-level strategy with actionable, compliant technical delivery.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Preferred Certifications and Experience:
  • SAFe/Agile experience
  • Multi-cloud Architecture Strategy and Experience (AWS, Azure) Cross-cloud architecture experience for secure, hybrid CI environments.
