YOUR ROLE

TowerPoint is seeking a dynamic Director of Technology & Innovation to champion strategic technology initiatives and drive operational excellence across the organization.

In this leadership role, you'll partner closely with internal teams and our outsourced IT providers to identify gaps, implement smart solutions, and streamline business processes. You'll be a key force in elevating the systems that power our business-and future proofing them for what's next.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Role Expectations:

• Lead with Vision: Launch technology-driven initiatives across departments (Legal, Asset Management, HR, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Etc.
• Solve Real Problems: Identify operational inefficiencies, propose strategic solutions, and deliver tangible business impact.
• Modernize Systems: Evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of technology that powers growth (MRI, Salesforce, Dialpad, Tableau, and other internal platforms.).
• Integrate AI Innovation: Bring automation and AI-forward thinking to enhance everyday workflows.
• Drive Execution: Manage project lifecycles from ideation to delivery-with measurable results.
• Collaborate with Purpose: Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external IT partners to ensure systems are streamlined, secure, and scalable.

Qualifications:

• A technical powerhouse with hands-on knowledge of systems and applications.
• A problem-solver who can assess business processes and drive meaningful improvements.
• A collaborator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• A visionary passionate about using AI and automation to unlock operational efficiency.
• Experienced in small to mid-sized business environments where agility matters.

HOW TO STANDOUT

Preferred Skillset:

• 7-10+ years of progressive technology experience
• 3-5 years in a leadership role overseeing cross-functional tech initiatives
• Experience working withoutsourced IT vendors & system integrations
• A track record of leading technology transformation initiatives from the ground up.
