Overview
The Director of Ambulatory Market Development is responsible for managing the enterprise market analytics, business planning and strategic projects as may be defined by the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, FHPG President or others.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree required. Active professional or associate certification in project management is preferred. LEAN or IFD certified required. Strong understanding and knowledge of Epic preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in Healthcare Industry. A strong familiarity working with cross functional teams and meeting project deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills especially with in-person and virtual team meetins and correspondence. Strong understanding of hospital and clinic operations.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting Market research and analysis allowing evaluations of trends within market and expansion of services within new markets.
- Use analytical skills and heathcare knowledge to make market recommendations to the executive team regarding practice opporutnities and industry trends.
- Coordinates with Executives and organizational leaders on defining project scope and timeline.
- Manages project to achieve objectives within defined constraints (timeline, budget).
- Plans, monitors, manages, communicates and directs assigned project resources to best meet project objectives
- Controls and monitors project scope, time, cost, and quality of projects.
- Develops a matrix of accountabilities for project.
- Ensures that parties necessary for success are enrolled and engaged in the project.
- Develops key performance indicators of project.
- Identifies, plans and collects metrics, such as baseline project plans, costs, schedule, work in progress and work complete.
- Reports on project progress and performance to plan to senior leadership
