Description:

This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic brand licensing agreements and partnerships to drive revenue growth and brand expansion. This role oversees contract negotiations, partner relationships, and product development to ensure brand alignment and market success. Additionally, they collaborate cross-functionally to identify new opportunities, optimize existing partnerships, and ensure licensing initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive licensing strategy
  • Lead partner plan and relationship management with license partnerships
  • Ensure brand vision alignment with all license partnerships
  • Lead licensing contract negotiations
  • Set and achieve revenue targets for licensing programs
  • Build a high-performing team


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in licensing and partnerships
  • Skilled Strategic Licensing Leadership
  • Strong negotiation and contracting skills
  • Skilled in financial and performance management


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in licensing, brand management, or consumer products, preferably within retail, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
  • Advanced degree in business, marketing
  • Expert negotiation and contract management skills
  • Extensive industry knowledge and strong networking skills
  • Experience in product development, marketing collaborations, and brand extensions
  • Strong analytical skills
