The goal of Team Lead, Resource Planning is to supervise the Resource Planning team assigned to them from a technical
perspective by providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership for the purpose of achieving departmental goals,
excellent team performance, and planning aimed at maximizing availability of equipment to the regional businesses. This
position implements and continually improves processes and best practices within the team that can withstand audits
internally and externally and is proactively prepared for urgent troubleshooting and responses to problems
