The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Data Center Team Lead to oversee operations and management of data center services within USSTRATCOM. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills and a thorough understanding of data center operations to ensure optimal performance, security and reliability of IT infrastructure.
The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
Data Center Team Lead, Senior:
- Manages Enterprise IT infrastructure operations and service support for a combatant command headquarters
- Demonstrates experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and process expertise with DoD Information Assurance policy and guidelines
- Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met
- Leads overall management responsibilities for the hiring, technical execution, performance, training, and retention of a technical workforce consisting of 80 or more employees
- Monitors progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met
- Responsible for the procurement of all supplies, materials, and equipment IAW Government requirements
- Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
- May supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
- Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in data center operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Required 8140 Cert within 6 months: 441 - Intermediate; CEH or CFR or Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training
AND
- Additional Cert: ITIL4 foundations or higher
- Possess one or more technical certifications
- Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to quickly analyze and resolve technical issues under pressure
