What you'll do:
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business and technical requirements.
- You will translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
- You will facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- You will work closely with product owners to prioritize and manage product backlogs.
- You will analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality.
- You will support development teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- You will track and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You have an active Secret security clearance
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- You have 7 years as a business analysis within Agile software development environments.
- You have proven ability to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements using Agile tools.
- You have strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, and testers.
- You have experience facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- You have experience with creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical and non-technical audiences.
