The Senior Stock Plan Administrator works directly with Sunrun's Compensation, Payroll, Accounting, and Legal Teams with a focus on customer service and ability to execute. The Senior Stock Plan Administrator provides support to the entire Stock Plan Administration team with best practice knowledge and experience to the equity processes and systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide support related to our employee long term equity plans (Stock Options, RSUs, PSUs, ESPP), including managing the monthly grant and vest/lapse processes
  • Input equity activity in equity platform and ensure that equity activity is complete and accurate
  • Provide customer service to support employee inquiries on a variety of topics and issue-resolution related to equity compensation
  • Collaborate on employee educational materials and resources
  • Develop process improvements including automation projects for the equity administration process
  • Become an expert within our equity systems
  • Support HR colleagues in employee equity matters
  • Support with reports and analytics
  • Audit support for quarterly review, year-end audits as well as ensuring that internal controls and procedures are in place


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, legal or related discipline or active CEP certification
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience
  • Experience with company stock ownership and the full cycle of equity transactions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to effectively explain complex issues to various audiences via email, conference call, one-on-one, and group settings
  • Meticulous attention to detail, passionate about diving into the "fine print," and interested in learning and acquiring new skills
  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and Docusign
  • You are easy going and an unpretentious team player


PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Ability to perform normal office duties
  • Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work
  • Ability to interact and participate in meetings

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$134,188.24 to $178,917.65

Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, a wellbeing program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, based on both company and individual performance, as well as short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards. Compensation decisions will not be based on a candidate's salary history. Please note: Employee benefits do not apply to our Fusion and Street Sales roles, which are 100% commission-based, (1099-NEC) positions.
