Position Summary
The FP&A Manager plays a critical role in the financial health and strategic planning of the company. This position is responsible for leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, evaluating the accuracy of financial records, and partnering with key stakeholders to ensure financial performance aligns with organizational goals. Reporting directly to the CFO, the FP&A Manager supports executive decision- making through in-depth analysis, modeling, and performance monitoring..

Responsibilities and Duties:

Financial Planning and Forecasting
  • Develop and manage annual budgeting processes in collaboration with all departments.
  • Lead periodic forecasting cycles to ensure agility in financial strategy and operations.
  • Consolidate financial plans across business units into a unified corporate financial outlook.

Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed variance analysis.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budget and forecast, using NACS and industry benchmarks.
  • Design and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools for real-time financial insights.

Accounting and Controls
  • Review and verify the accuracy of General Ledger (GL) and accounting entries.
  • Ensure adherence to company financial standards, accounting principles, and internal controls.

Strategic Financial Support
  • Develop comprehensive financial models to support business scenarios and investment decisions.
  • Conduct financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and business case development.
  • Assist in long-term financial planning, capital allocation, and scenario modeling.


Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and resource allocation needs.
  • Guide teams in understanding financial drivers and aligning departmental plans with corporate goals.

Executive and Board Support
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.

Systems and Tools
  • Maintain and enhance financial systems and planning tools (e.g., ERP, forecasting software).
  • Leverage technology to automate and streamline financial processes and reporting.

Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably within a multi-unit business environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
