The Role:

We are seeking a Full Stack Cloud Engineer II to join our engineering team and help design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on experience in full stack development and cloud infrastructure, who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment and is eager to build high-quality solutions that power real-time systems at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications (frontend + backend) on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end
  • Develop backend services using modern languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET Core) and frontend interfaces with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure automated testing and deployment of features
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through proper architecture and infrastructure as code (IaC)
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Monitor, debug, and resolve application and infrastructure issues
  • Support and improve system observability, including logs, metrics, and traces
  • Follow and contribute to secure coding and cloud governance practices
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies

Knowledge and Skill Requirement:

  • 3-5 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native applications
  • Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, or C#)
  • Experience with frontend development using React, Angular, or similar frameworks
  • Experience writing and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end)
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, or GKE)
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), and microservices
  • Experience deploying applications to cloud environments (preferably Azure, but AWS or GCP also welcome)
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates)
  • Experience with Git, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment


Recommended:

  • Knowledge of security best practices (e.g., OWASP, zero trust, secure by design)
  • Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, or Datadog
  • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect)
