As the Sr Manager, you will:
- Develop and lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support company growth and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, GTP, and other applicable regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and quality documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Process Development, and R&D teams.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Support technology transfers, facility expansions, and new product launches.
- Lead investigations, CAPAs, and root cause analyses related to manufacturing and laboratory deviations.
- Stay current on industry best practices, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MT/MLS certification (i.e. ASCP) required. BB/SBB preferred.
- Five years laboratory experience required. To include:
- Three years supervisory experience required.
- Previous blood bank or blood center experience preferred.
