As a CBRE Senior Enterprise Architect, you will join the global team based in Dallas, navigate the business landscape and shape a vision that turns ambiguity into clarity. You must have a passion for solving complex problems and developing digital solutions that combine rich data with advanced technology to deliver insight at the point of interaction. This role requires modern agile centric architecture approaches.
This position is multi-functional in nature, requiring strong working relationships with multiple teams including Product Management, Technology, Data and Business Transformation teams. In addition to internal constituents, you may also work with customers and partners to understand the market requirements and to support the business, so excellent communication (written and verbal) and a passion for crafting customer centric user experience is vital.

What You'll Do:
- Design and support implementation of Agile Enterprise architecture services across various Digital Products and Data initiatives in lines with established technical principles, standards and practices.
- Work with technical teams, businesses and end-users to optimally design modern applications, APIs, Data platforms. Help to choose correct technologies based on business strategy, capabilities and requirements, including application, data, technology and integration architecture.
- Own the analysis and documentation of the current application and integration landscapes, crafting future state architectures and roadmaps.
- Build and manage architecture artifacts and lower-level components.
- Perform application demonstrations and technical presentations
- Provide technical expertise to design scalable ETL, data lake and data warehouse solutions, including addressing and resolving complex technical issues
- Lead architecture and design, platform strategy to help support business objective
- Provide formal technical guidance and informal assistance to engineering teams

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Strong quantitative background (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics education background) AND/OR an MBA preferred.
- Deep knowledge of cloud architecture platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with various industry platforms including client reporting systems, sales and CRM ecosystems such as Salesforce, ERP/Supply Chain platforms such as JDE, PeopleSoft, Coupa
- Have an excellent technical and commercial understanding in the creation of technology solutions and outcomes for customers.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communications skills; you will often find in situations where you have to describe problem statements, solution options, your analysis and recommendations to a mix of technical and non-technical and use strong influencing skills to gain consensus and an agreed way forward.
- Ability to approach design with timeliness, cost and quality factors in mind. Risk identification and mitigation, quantification, and qualification non-functional and functional requirements.
- Drive digital transformation, roadmaps, target operating models, cost reduction, performance improvement
- Proactive in identifying problems early and help the team to prioritize work
- Good knowledge of agile software development processes

Must Have
- 8+ years of deep solution architecture, enterprise architecture experience
- 5+ years of AWS/Azure cloud services
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in enterprise solution architecture for various applications and platforms
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in Application architecture and design is required
Desirable
- 3+ years working in an Agile development environment pairing DevOps with CI / CD pipelines
- 3+ years of exposure to modern technologies such as AI/ML, Gen AI, Hyper automation is a strong plus
- 3+ years of proven track record in Commercial Real Estate domain
