Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive vision and strategic roadmap for Technology Operations.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships for tools and services within the technology support ecosystem.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
- Establish and improve processes that enhance service delivery and efficiency for both hardware and software solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including data and analytics, information security, and project management, to ensure seamless technology integration and support.
- Foster strong user relationships across all departments, providing responsive, proactive, and reliable technology support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in senior technology management roles.
- Proven leadership in managing technology help desks, device management, and systems administration.
