Are you a dedicated and skilled Project Engineer or Superintendent looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? What You'll Do:
  • Champion Safety:Play a key role in preparing and administering project safety plans, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone.
  • Drive Project Success:Manage project controls, risk mitigation processes, and create change items that keep our projects on track.
  • Master Contracts:Implement and enforce contracts, develop risk mitigation plans, and prepare draft contracts and purchase orders.
  • Ensure Compliance:Participate in insurance and bond enrollment, and track trade contractors' compliance to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Coordinate and Plan:Prepare monthly schedule updates, assist in constructability reviews, and work closely with field crews for material and equipment planning.
  • Lead and Inspire:Train and manage direct reports, foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and monitor team performance to ensure excellence.
  • Manage Equipment:Control inventory and distribution of PPE, schedule fittings for hazard gear, and maintain equipment to ensure everything is in top shape.
What You'll Bring:
  • Technical Expertise:Experience in MEP, construction, clean room, tool install, semiconductor, and field engineering.
  • Project Management Skills:Strong skills in project management and construction management, including experience with RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Strategic Mindset:Ability to leverage business insights and act on industry trends.
  • Emotional Intelligence:Manage emotions effectively and build high-performing teams.
  • Leadership:Attract, develop, and retain talented individuals, drive team accountability, and provide coaching and development.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $77.00/hr.
