Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design personalized treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes
- Supervise and mentor PT assistants and aides when necessary
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Stay up-to-date with continuing education and industry standards
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Valid, active state licensure/registration
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist with patient mobility
