- Familiarity with principles of patient care, radiographic exposure, and radiation protection

Description:
Performs diagnostic procedures requiring the use of equipment that produces ionizing radiation.
Ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of human structure and function.
Candidate must be able to identify each patient's requirements relative to age-specific needs.
Candidates must be familiar with specialized techniques required for a radiologic technologist.
The position will include weekend and on-call rotation.
Must be able to work in an environment where exposure to communicable diseases may occur.
