The Sub-Zero Group, Inc., Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing the company's regional distributor network to deliver assigned sales quotas by brand, improving the retail merchandising of the brands / products and providing ongoing product training at all levels. This position is the primary liaison of published support programs and sales strategies that flows from Sub-Zero Group, Inc. headquarters to our regional distributors. Essentially, this position supports all aspects of the sales process to insure an overall favorable brand experience that results in achieving annual sales quotas by brand. In many respects, this position is the face of the factory in the field, hence embracing the company's core values is imperative. Always acting in the company's best interest with a high degree of personal and business integrity coupled with always maintaining a professional posture.

The Mid-West Region consists of 5 distributors that exclusively represent Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove brands. This territory will cover several Mid-West states.

This position requires approximately 60% travel away from home (including overnight stays). Travel includes distributor headquarter visits, sales calls with distributor personnel or dealers, custom builders, developers, residential architects, kitchen designers and sales/product training in the field and at Sub-Zero Group's corporate training facility in Madison, Wisconsin.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a sales/territory management environment
  • Bachelor's Degree (business or marketing preferred)
  • Strong presentation, selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate working evening events, some early mornings, occasional weekend events; including willingness to travel overnight
  • Previous appliance sales experience preferred
  • Must reside in the territory and live near a major airport


This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
