- ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: Responsible for solving complex architectural and business problems in a simplified way with focus on reuse. Promote and ensure usage of Enterprise solutions and programs (Enterprise mindset). Promote strong Dev/Sec Ops practices. Demonstrate active participation in inner/open- source efforts. Lead and operate independently for product quality, design & architecture for an Agile Team. Demonstrate product design governance through mastery of design patterns (OOP, SOLID). Demonstrate innovation through hands-on delivery of frameworks. Exhibit advance understanding of modern deployment strategies (progressive, blue/green, canary). Align various products to a coherent technical vision and architecture. Continually refine product to ensure OKR delivery. Drive best practice adoption across products and promotes transparency through metrics and dashboards. Effectively communicate across teams and foster a culture where others are encouraged to share their work, techniques, or perspectives. Recognize opportunities to help drive better product business outcomes. Monitor the evolution of the market & tech trends and preemptively plans to effectively guide the team.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, related Engineering disciplines, or related field plus seven (7) years of related experience required.
- Work Experience. Four (4) years of experience must include: Cloud native services (AWS); Containerization in computer science; Agile methodologies including scrum and Kanban; Industry standard observability tools; Python; Service Oriented Architecture (SOA); Microservices architecture; API Management and Enterprise System Integrations; Go; Perl; Ruby; Bash; Java; Critical incident management in global distributed organization AND/OR follow-the-sun model; Development, delivery, and implementation of highly complex and critical software systems; and SRE (SLI/SLO, Error Budgets, Toil, Observability, Release Engineering) value and principles.
