Responsibilities
- Develop training programs for warfighters.
- Conduct training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with military personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Expertise in training and development.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and implement training programs.
Preferred Skills
- Extensive experience in military training.
- Knowledge of warfighter performance principles.
