Now Hiring: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Minnesota (Specific school site shared upon interview)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Duration: 2025-2026 School Year (10-month schedule)
Setting: K-12 Public School
Start Date: September 2, 2025
End Date: June 4, 2026
Compensation: $38-$49/hr.

We are seeking dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologists to support a Minnesota-based public school district for the 2025-2026 school year. These roles are ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping students overcome communication challenges and thrive in the academic setting.

Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities include:
  • Delivering speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and writing progress reports
  • Supporting students with communication disorders related to articulation, fluency, voice, language, and pragmatics
  • Collaborating with IEP teams to develop and implement goals
  • Participating in IEP meetings and providing consultative support to educators and families
  • Documenting services and maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines

Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
