BA - working with business side around solutioning all enhancements with this tool. Maintain, enhance, and customize various ServiceNow Risk and Security modules.

build the communication trust and thought leadership between business and technical. Not just be a "yes" person to the ask of the business. Should understand the tech challenges that come with the request from the business.

No need for support or configuration; strong design documentation experience. Agile experience is key.

3 rounds, 2 technical rounds and a meet and greet with the cybersecurity team.
  • Identify, gather, and prioritize business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders
  • Identify and evaluate business processes, workflows, and roadmaps
  • Create and maintain data-driven reports to support business decision-making
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and communications with business stakeholders
  • Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities
Looking specifically for a ServiceNow Business Analyst that has deep business and technical understanding of ServiceNow's products, specifically: Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Incident Response (SIR), Security Operations (SecOps), Third-party Risk Management (TPRM, previously VRM), and Vulnerability Response (VR), as bonus. The candidate should also have strong experience in Agile/Scrum.
