In this role, the Engineer will:
- Provide Engineering support to the development and integration of the Maritime Targeting Cell (MTC) capability on behalf of the United States Marine Corps (USMC).
- Engineering staff will support the USMC Deputy Program Manager on a wide range of interactions between Marine Corps Systems Command and PEO IWS and will provide engineering advice and consultation to PEO IWS on behalf of the USMC.
- Initiate or participate in technical exchanges and joint development efforts to strengthen partnerships, mitigate service risk within the program and advance related initiatives.
- Provide informed recommendations about the program's strategic objectives, processes, storage, and analytic capabilities and limitations taking into account USMC objectives and requirements.
- Coordinate with users and stakeholders to deliver innovative insights regarding the development and testing of MTC capabilities to meet USMC objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience for Mid / 8+ years' experience for Senior with USMC program development, integration, engineering, and/or operations
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM or 10 years relevant job experience with USMC program development, integration, engineering, or operations
- Experience with intelligence, space, overhead, or other data integration programs or experience with joint targeting solutions
- TS/SCI clearance and ability to be work in SCIF in DC area 5 days a week
- Strong communication skills and ability to integrate into a fast-paced, multi-partner team environment

- Prior experience with SAP programs
- INDOPACOM AOR experience
