About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager of Operations and Strategy to join our Global Workplace Solutions team. This team serves a networked global organization with one of the most recognized brands in the world. This role will be pivotal in managing strategic initiatives, supporting monthly reporting and governance and implementing continuous improvements for a global facilities operations team.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategy Process Management:
    • Facilitate the annual strategy cycle for the facilities operations team, coordinating planning meetings and supporting initiative leaders to drive their annual plan through to completion.
    • Analyze and highlight industry trends, peer and financial benchmarking and organizational needs to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Monthly Reporting & Governance Management:
    • Manage the monthly governance cycle, including monthly operating reports and ongoing program meetings.
    • Assist the development and report on facilities operations performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with global department objectives.
  • People Process Management:
    • Support talent selection processes, onboarding procedures, and performance reviews for facilities operations team members.
    • Foster effective team communication and collaboration to enhance team dynamics and performance.
  • Communications Support:
    • Assist the Director of Communication, Operations & Strategy with additional duties as needed, ensuring facilities operations alignment with departmental goals and objectives.

    What You'll Need:
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred.
    • Experience in the areas of operations management, preferably within real estate or facilities management.
    • Proven leadership skills with a track record in operations management and process development.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
    • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
