Must be a certified, licensed, or accredited Registered Nurse in state of employment
Valid State Driver's License with acceptable driving record

- Dispense prescribed medications
- Assist in physical examinations of all new enrollees
- Order all drugs and medical supplies and stores when received
- Assist Director with monitoring and ordering of medical supplies
- Document individual charts for all enrollees seen by medical or dental personnel
- Ensure that all enrollees return for special treatment or medication ordered by a doctor
- Keep log on all infirmary patients
- Initiate and Monitor weight improvement programs
- Work toward meeting position performance goals
- Follow CDSS plan and Code of Conduct system daily
- Comply with all DOL guidelines, OFCCP regulations, Job Corps notices and bulletins, and Center policies and procedures
- Maintain good housekeeping in all areas and comply with safety practices.
- Attend regular scheduled staff meetings
- Screen and attempt to solve all student problems before referring them to the Health & Wellness Director
- Model, mentor, monitor appropriate Career Success Standard
- Help students become more employable through continuous reinforcement
- Demonstrate and abide by LifeSkills Connection's core values and operating principles
- Comply with all DOL guidelines, OFCCP regulations, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), LifeSkills Connection's policies and procedures, Job Corps notices and bulletins, and Center policies and procedures
- Participate in PRH mandated staff training; Failure to participate may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination
- Supervise LPN/LVN as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned
