You will be a Property Manager for our team, responsible for managing and inventorying Government Property, including IUID tool management, and tracking responsibilities for a worldwide property management system. What You Will Be Doing
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the property management function, including tracking and maintaining accurate records of government property, managing training programs, and interfacing with multiple corporate departments and subcontractor supervisors. You will work closely with our team to ensure compliance with DCMA/DCAA audit requirements and process property disposition actions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Manage and inventory Government Property, including IUID tool management
Track and maintain accurate records of government property in a worldwide property management system
Serve as Point of Contact for Government auditors, local government customers, corporate counterparts, and subcontractors
Manage warehousing and management of new and excess assets
Develop and implement training programs as principal instructor for all users of government assets
Interface with multiple corporate departments and subcontractor supervisors
Generate government shipping and disposition documentation
Maintain an approved property management system and develop corrective action and process improvement plans
Travel to offsite locations for inventory validation purposes
Process Property Disposition Actions
Monitor Property Lease Vehicles and report and monitor lease statuses
Create and track all Property record files
Verify and process Property item receipts from Purchase orders
Process Task Order Modifications for property transfers and disposition
Process all property account transactions within Logistics Portal (PTR's)
Process and segregate Excess property and Task order requirements
Process all transactions and documentation for LTDD procedures and directives
Process and request PLCO items (within DCMA database)

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications

Strong knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations. Experience utilizing an Inventory Management / Asset Management system. Experience in managing Government Property. Working knowledge of US Government inventory management procedures and guidelines. Perform physical inventory and research discrepancies. Perform quality checks and data validation of inventory. Presentation skills, to include the use of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work irregular or extended hours including nights and weekends in order to have minimal impact on production operations. Demonstrated experience leading small teams.

Desired skills

Experience in IUID management and label generation. Experience in IGuides, GOLDesp, and WAWF software applications. Functional knowledge of standard office practices and use of computers and software programs, such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and/or Access. Customer applications such as eTools and GFP. DEMIL certification. Ability to easily learn new software applications. Ability to operate in a self-managed environment. Ability to make decisions regarding expendability and durability of assets. Understanding of Lean and 6s principles. Ability to communicate across multiple organizational levels.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
