Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for effective management of project scope, cost and resources, schedule, subcontract management, and performance management of the program, along with participation in the application of tools to optimize these tasks within Operations. The Project Manager will support the improvement of customer satisfaction and profitability.
Essential Job Functions
Oversee project planning, execution, and closing within the operations department to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Develop and implement project schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary to stay on target.
Manage project risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure project clarity and alignment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including export controls and quality assurance requirements.
Conduct performance analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Oversee subcontractor management, ensuring deliverables meet specified requirements and are delivered on schedule.
Implement tools and methodologies to enhance project management processes and improve team productivity.
Drive customer satisfaction by anticipating needs, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or project management.

Must be able to exchange accurate information. The ability to observe, identify and assess details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds across the office for various needs.

Experience within aerospace industry a plus but not required.
