The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Enterprise Services Lead to oversee and manage enterprise-level services that support the operations and mission of USSTRATCOM. The role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration and service delivery. They will ensure services are aligned with USSTRATCOM's objectives, enhance operational efficiency and maintain high standards of security and compliance.

The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.

Responsibilities:

Enterprise Services Lead, Senior:
  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of an organization's core Enterprise services, including IDAM/LDAP, DNS, DHCP, file/print, etc.
  • Ensures smooth functioning of systems, networks, and applications by actively monitoring performance, managing incidents, and implementing preventative measures
  • Leads a team of IT operations personnel to maintain optimal uptime and service delivery, while adhering to security standards and compliance regulations
  • Monitors IT systems, networks, and applications for performance issues, potential disruptions, and security threats using monitoring tools
  • Analyzes system metrics to identify trends and proactively address potential problems
  • Implements capacity planning strategies to ensure systems can handle increased demand
  • Leads the incident response process, quickly identifying the root cause of system outages or disruptions
  • Coordinates with relevant teams (e.g., network engineers, application developers) to resolve incidents efficiently
  • Communicates status updates to stakeholders regarding incident resolution timelines
  • Analyzes recurring incidents to identify underlying issues and implement preventative measures to avoid future problems
  • Develops and maintains knowledge base documentation for troubleshooting common issues
  • Oversees the change management process for IT system updates, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Conducts thorough testing and validation of changes before deployment to production environments
  • Leads and mentors a team of IT operations technicians, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team
  • Conducts performance reviews and provides feedback to team members
  • Collaborates with the security team to implement and maintain security policies and procedures
  • Monitors for potential security breaches and responds accordingly
  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
  • May supervise others


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT service management or enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Required 8140 Cert within 6 months of start date: 451 - Advanced; FITSP-O or GFACT or CASP+ or CCNP Security or CCSP; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training

AND
  • Additional Cert: ITIL 4 Foundations AND one or more advanced Microsoft Certifications
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT frameworks and methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$85,000 - $178,600
