You will be the Performance Management Team Associate Manager for Ocala Operations.

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control's Ocala Operations is a multi-shift manufacturing facility that builds circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electo-mechanical assemblies. The facility currently has over 1100 employees and provides products to six Missiles and Fire Control sites. Ocala specializes in both low volume/high mix and high volume production that has a combination of automated processes as well as labor intensive manufacturing. Ocala Operations has a represented manufacturing workforce that is supported by a strong engineering and operations support team.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Performance Management Team Associate Manager, you will be responsible for the MFC's Ocala Production Operations Performance Management Team (PMT) and reports directly to the Site Operations Director, with dotted line relationships to MFC's PMT Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
The selected candidate will be on the Ocala Operations Senior Staff and participate in the Ocala Production Operations program area briefings and assist in planning and communicating key messages, including developing talking points as necessary, including senior staff meetings, site visits, all-hands meetings, and other speaking and leadership engagements. It will be imperative that they facilitate the closure of action items by recording, distributing, and status of actions.
Serve as the site liaison for the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) for coordination and execution of rotation requirements. They will also provide guidance and assistance to team members on process improvement ideas where applicable.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading Ocala's MFC Performance Management Team (PMT) process. The PMT process is an integral part of Production Operations business success and a best practice that facilitates the engagement of people, setting and measuring performance to goals, continuous improvements, communication and rewards and recognizes team success. This position has direct responsibility of Ocala's PMT Process - 30+ teams with over 1,100 members. Other responsibilities include leading a business rhythm that includes conducting quarterly PMT Management reviews, managing PMT recognition and Awards events, yearly PMT goal setting, and PMT Coordinator and Team Leader training.

Basic Qualifications
Appropriate degree from an accredited college
Experience in continuous improvement.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills to support regular presentations to executive levels of staff.
Experience in Performance Management Teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a production environment.
Experience in developing organizational strategy, metrics, and measurements.
Experience in leading continuous improvement activities.
Exceptional computer skills, especially the Microsoft Office software suite.
Ability to travel.

Desired skills
Experience coaching events and facilitating team meetings.
Green Belt Certified.
Graduate of an LM Leadership Development Program.
Experience with MFC production/quality/supply chain processes and facilities.
Experience using lean tools and digital transformation concepts to drive improvement.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $103,700 - $179,860. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
