Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and functional capabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
- Provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and techniques to support recovery and maintain health.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and athletic trainers, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, adhering to all clinic policies and procedures.
- Stay current with advances in physical therapy techniques and practices through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
