Operations Director

Position Name Operations Director the Operations director will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services across various service lines.
This role involves managing customer relationships, overseeing service delivery processes, and leading teams to meet project targets and customer expectations Mission Provide our customers with exceptional service by meeting and exceeding their expectations in all areas of our work. We are committed to solving their problems Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Be able to design, maintain and develop an operational solution for the customers
• Be the senior interface to the client for operational matters, escalations, and business opportunities
• Demonstrate executive presence
• Immediately establish credibility with executives and additional stakeholders
• Customer Contract negotiations in collaboration with the wider business
• Deal implementation
• Collaborate with Sales team on business opportunities
• Grow the business, while developing and training a solid team of Global Service Delivery Managers
• Ongoing optimization of quality and profit

Job Requirements

• C1 English
• 5-10 years of work experience in project management and service delivery, preferably in IT services
• Ability to build and manage a team
• Ability to collaborate and report to C-level management
• Ability to drive operations to meet monthly quality and commercial targets
• Ability to effectively process information and manage communication at all levels of an organisation
• Good understanding of contractual project framework
• Travel will be a major part of this role
