The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an ASR (Airbus Supplier Requirements) Manager / Business Management System and Expertise to join our Quality team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

Vos dfis:
- Vous laborerez un systme de gestion de la qualit comprenant les normes, directives et mthodes qualit requises, conformment aux rglementations et normes externes et rgles internes applicables.
- Vous dvelopperez une connaissance et analyse approfondie des besoins normatifs, clients et des tendances des marchs cibles des clients (y compris les changements de business models et les rsultats des benchmarkings) afin de transformer ces besoins en exigences de qualit pour les produits/services (A220 AIRBUS CANADA Supplier Requirements cf. QMS-09-01).
- En tant que responsable pour AIRBUS CANADA du systme de gestion des exigences Fournisseurs (ASR), vous dfinirez la gestion des processus internes et externes en veillant s'assurer de la cascade des informations quant aux exigences applicables auprs des parties prenantes ainsi que la bonne comprhension.
- Vous contribuerez leur mise en uvre, et vous dvelopperez la coordination des interfaces internes afin d'assurer une intgration fluide des volutions d'exigences au sein des diffrents dpartements. Dans ce sens, vous dvelopperez en local un processus de pilotage des volutions internes des exigences (activits Requirement Review Change Board - RRCB) et des analyses d'impacts en assurant la coordination d'une quipe multifonctionnelle (Multi Functional Team - MFT) et ainsi grer toute volution et alignement avec les requis mis par AIRBUS COMMERCIAL.
- Vous vous assurez que l'quipe ABQP AIRBUS CANADA reste le point focal (Quality gate) pour la gestion des nouveaux requirements, en garantissant leur validation avant intgration aux contrats AIRBUS CANADA et en assurant la cohrence globale des informations auprs des quipes contrats.
- Vous reprsentez A220 dans le RRCB pilot par les quipes AIRBUS COMMERCIAL et serez le garant de la bonne intgration des volutions au sein d'AIRBUS CANADA via le RCCB local.
- Vous pilotez le projet E2E pour la convergence ASR entre AIRBUS CANADA et AIRBUS COMMERCIAL et vous vous assurez :
- de l'intgration de toute nouvelle exigence au regard des annexes de contrats, la cration et la maintenance des ASR baselines.
- la coordination dynamique avec les fonctions/dpartements concerns (qualit, programme, lgale, engineering, mthode...) afin d'assurer l'analyse des ASR mais galement le maintien des requis et l'alignement avec les quipes AIRBUS COMMERCIAL
- le dploiement de la solution digitale et du benchmark avec les autres entits du groupe.
- Afin de structurer et accompagner le dploiement des nouvelles exigences, vous contribuerez galement au dveloppement & dploiement des solutions d'apprentissage requises en tenant un rle d'expert SME (Subject Matter Expert) pour la qualit, les mthodes et les outils (formations en prsentiel et e-learning).
- Vous dfinissez et assurez un reporting priodique afin de garantir une amlioration continue du processus.
- Sur la base des valuations et des retours d'information de la part des quipes internes ou fournisseurs, vous viserez l'amlioration continue du systme de gestion des exigences et son application au sein des oprations.
- Vous soutiendrez les Business Process Owners en dfinissant, en actualisant et en maintenant leurs processus en conformit avec les exigences applicables.
Votre profil:
- Vous avez de l'exprience dans l'industrie arospatiale et dans les systmes de gestion de la qualit
- Vous avez une exprience de travail avec des fournisseurs
- Vous avez un haut niveau de connaissance du logiciel SAP
- Vous avez une exprience en gestion de projet (principes et outils) et dot(e) d'une excellente capacit communiquer en transverse
- Vous faites preuve de leadership, d'autonomie, d'une approche proactive, de flexibilit, d'intgrit, d'objectivit, de confidentialit et d'thique.
- Vous dmontrez qu'une connaissance des normes AS9100 et ISO 9001 serait un plus.
- Vous avez un minimum de 10 ans d'exprience pertinente
- Vous dtenez un certificat ou l'quivalent en qualit, ou en ingnierie dans un domaine li l'industrie manufacturire (aronautique, mcanique, ingnierie, gestion de projet, etc.) .
- Bilinguisme essentiel tant l'oral qu' l'crit
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance pratique de la suite Google et Microsoft Office

Your challenges:
- You will develop a quality management system comprising the required quality standards, guidelines and methods, in accordance with applicable external regulations and standards and internal rules.
- You will develop an in-depth knowledge and analysis of normative, customer needs and customer target market trends (including business model changes and benchmarking results) in order to transform these needs into quality requirements for products/services (A220 AIRBUS CANADA Supplier Requirements cf. QMS-09-01).
- As the person responsible for AIRBUS CANADA's Supplier Requirements Management System (SRMS), you will define the management of internal and external processes, ensuring that information on applicable requirements is cascaded to stakeholders and understood.
- You will contribute to their implementation, and develop the coordination of internal interfaces to ensure smooth integration of requirements evolutions within the various departments. To this end, you will develop a local process for managing internal changes to requirements (Review Requirements Change Board - RRCB activities) and impact analyses, coordinating a multi-functional team (Multi Functional Team - MFT) to manage all changes and alignment with the requirements issued by AIRBUS COMMERCIAL.
- You will ensure that the AIRBUS CANADA ABQP team remains the focal point (Quality gate) for the management of new requirements, guaranteeing their validation before integration into AIRBUS CANADA contracts and ensuring the overall consistency of information with the contract teams.
- You will represent A220 in the RRCB led by AIRBUS COMMERCIAL teams, and will be responsible for ensuring that changes are properly integrated into AIRBUS CANADA via the local RCCB.
- You will lead the E2E project for ASR convergence between AIRBUS CANADA and AIRBUS COMMERCIAL, and ensure the :
- Integration of any new requirements with regard to contract appendices, the creation and maintenance of ASR baselines.
- Dynamic coordination with the functions/departments concerned (quality, program, legal, engineering, methods, etc.) to ensure the analysis of ASRs, but also the maintenance of requirements and alignment with AIRBUS COMMERCIAL teams.
- Deployment of the digital solution and benchmarking with other Group entities.
- In order to structure and support the deployment of the new requirements, you will also contribute to the development & deployment of the required learning solutions, taking on the role of SME (Subject Matter Expert) for quality, methods and tools (face-to-face training and e-learning).
- You will define and ensure periodic reporting to guarantee continuous process improvement.
- Based on evaluations and feedback from internal teams and suppliers, you will aim for continuous improvement of the requirements management system and its application within operations.
- You will support Business Process Owners in defining, updating and maintaining their processes in compliance with applicable requirements.
Your boarding pass:
- You have experience in the aerospace industry and in quality management systems.
- You have experience of working with suppliers
- You have a high level of knowledge of SAP software
- You have project management experience (principles and tools) and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- You demonstrate leadership, autonomy, a proactive approach, flexibility, integrity, objectivity, confidentiality and ethics.
- Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 would be a plus.
- You have a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience.
- You have a certificate or equivalent in quality or engineering in a field related to the manufacturing industry (aeronautics, mechanics, engineering, project management, etc.).
- Bilingualism is essential, both written and spoken.
- A good working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of AIRBUS COMMERCIAL tools and processes required.
