This position is for P&G's Global Company Communications Executive Event manager. In this role, you will partner with the P&G Executives and Communications Managers to lead the execution of key company events to deliver against Company goals and objectives. This position requires a technical knowledge and "hands on" capability of audio-visual tools, in-person and virtual meeting standard processes and platforms as well as the ability to successfully lead large teams, deadlines and budgets.

The individual should be an upbeat self-starter who has a consistent track record in leading and handling the execution of high-profile and ambitious productions as well as developing and creating high-quality visual communications assets, including videos, graphics and powerpoints. This individual also possesses an ability to work with highly confidential information, exemplary organizational skills, and a steadfast eye for quality and detail while working on several projects simultaneously.

Job Description:

The executive events manager will play a substantial role in leading the technical execution of internal and external communications of the company. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Event Management Planning and Execution
  • Assess the technical needs of key internal and external company events.
  • Develop and implement a plan for the technical delivery of these events.Collaborate with senior executives and senior communications managers on the production of these events.Lead the technical execution of these events with excellence.


Communications Counsel
  • Build positive relationships and proactively collaborate with C-Suite executives and their Executive Assistants as well as the Comms Managers that support them.
  • Provide strategic guidance on meeting and event standard processes to help executives and Comms managers meet organization engagement goals.
  • Benchmark against both internal and external best-in-class examples and proactively share across the organization.
  • Provide training on effective event management practices as well as templates and resources to enable the successful delivery of events that engage and inform employees.


Content Creation and Management
  • Use content creation skills across various platforms, including AI-enabled platforms, to develop, review and edit visual materials to ensure the clear communication of key messages.
  • Provide strategic guidance on outstanding visual communications.
  • Ensure visual communications are in corporate equity.


IT Relationship and Vendor Management
  • Collaborate with P&G IT on virtual meeting tools, information security and vendor network access.
  • Manage relationship with audio visual partner companies.


Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:
  • Build positive relationships with C-Suite executives and their Executive Assistants as well as the Comms Managers that support them.
  • Provide strategic guidance on meeting and event best practices to help executives and Comms managers meet organization engagement goals.
  • Have deep experience with the latest audio-visual equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with production teams to implement events effectively.
  • Be an expert in audio-visual content creation tools, like the O365 suite and Adobe Creative suite.
  • Have deep experience with virtual meeting tools, like BrandLive, RingCentral, Teams (webinar and town hall) and WebEx
  • Be able to influence P&G's IT organization and represent Company Communications point of view in areas like information security and third-party access to P&G's network as well as the latest suite of virtual meeting tools.
  • Benchmark against both internal and external best-in-class examples and proactively share across the organization
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and deadlines while leading multiple events.
  • Have an efficiency & innovation demeanor to help P&G and our vendors improve effectiveness and efficiency of executive events.
