Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of department heads, managers, and staff members.
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration, productivity, and high morale.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and ensure continuous professional development.
• Hires and trains new employees.
• Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

Operations Management:

• Oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of all departments.
• Develop and implement operational processes, procedures, and policies for efficiency and quality control.
• Monitor and optimize the use of resources to improve overall productivity.
• Determines labor needs to meet production goals.

Financial Management:

• Manage and monitor the company's budget, ensuring cost control, forecasting, and financial goals are met.
• Analyze financial reports, identify areas of opportunity, and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Review pricing strategies, revenue streams, and profit margins.

Strategic Planning & Growth:

• Work closely with senior leadership to define and execute company strategies and goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive business development initiatives and expansion opportunities.
• Assists with budget preparation for operations unit.
• Coordinates with marketing and sales departments to determine pricing, timing, and number of sales promotions, and products to be sold.

Customer Satisfaction & Quality Control:

• Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction are maintained across all business areas.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Continuously monitor and improve product/service quality.
• Ensure that all quality control standards are maintained including: HACCP, SQF and FDA GMP. Maintaining a daily audit ready status.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure the business complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential business risks.
• Manage health and safety practices to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

• Management experience in food and beverage industry, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business functions, including operations, finance, marketing, and human resources.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of relevant industry trends and regulations.
• Experience in strategic planning and business development.
• Proficiency in business management software and tools.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and move around the office or business environment as needed.
• Must be able to access and navigate the production facility.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
• Occasional travel may be required.
