Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions using IBM Cloud Private and other IBM technologies.
- Oversee the integration of IBM MQ MFT IBM ITXA and IBM ITX to ensure seamless data transfer and transformation.
- Provide expertise in IBM Aspera and Sterling Connect:Enterprise to optimize file transfer processes.
- Implement and manage SFTP IBM Sterling Secure Proxy and IBM Sterling File Gateway for secure data exchange.
- Utilize IBM Sterling Connect:Direct and IBM Sterling B2B Integrator to streamline business-to-business communications.
- Manage IBM Sterling Gentran and IBM Sterling Control Center to ensure efficient EDI processes.
- Develop and maintain IBM-Websphere Transform.Extndr solutions to support data transformation needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and optimizations to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements in all technical implementations.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must have strong experience in Cloud Computing and IBM technologies including IBM MQ MFT IBM ITXA IBM ITX IBM Cloud Private IBM Aspera Sterling Connect:Enterprise SFTP IBM Sterling Secure Proxy IBM Sterling File Gateway IBM Sterling Connect:Direct IBM Sterling B2B Integrator IBM Sterling Gentran IBM Sterling Control Center and IBM-Websphere Transform.Extndr.
- Must have domain expertise in Cards and Payments.
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.
- Nice to have experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior team members.
- Nice to have certifications in relevant IBM technologies and cloud computing.
