We are Lockheed Martin

This position will be responsible for the business management of all phases of a classified contract in the ADP portfolio as required to ensure financial and programmatic goals are achieved. A broad range of financial acumen will be required for this position including an extensive knowledge of business processes associated with Proposals Contracts, Estimating, Financial Planning, Scheduling, EVMS, Independent Cost Estimating, and others.
Leading a team of business managers
Advising program leadership on all business matters associated with the portfolio
Partnering with program management, functional finance disciplines, and supply chain
Interfacing with various customer stakeholders
Coordinating financial oversight for new and existing contracts
Ensuring sound financial baselines and forecasts are established
Conducting a multitude of financial risk assessments
Establishing business practices that support execution of current business and the capture of new business
Management of new business funds
Contributing to strategy development, implementation, and execution

***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. This position requires fulltime on facility work location. Must have an active secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret & program access.***

Basic Qualifications
Previous leadership experience
Experience/familiarity in multiple life cycles of a program
Experience with development of business cases for non-traditional engagements with USG and Commercial Customers
Demonstrated experience in business management, finance, and cost control disciplines (including Earned Value (EV) applications)
Demonstrated experience with government contracts, FAR, and government acquisition processes
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Bachelor's degree or higher with 10 years or more of professional experience

Desired skills
Customer negotiation experience
In depth understanding of various contract types
Proven ability to resolve issues in complex situations including internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers
Experience/familiarity with advanced data analytics tools
Understanding of Long Range Plan (LRP) and FP&A methodology/process imperatives
Understanding of operational excellence/process improvement concepts
Strong organization skills

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $131,500 - $231,840. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $151,200 - $262,085. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
