Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Experience with Uniface technology
Experience with low-codedevelopment
Experience developing anddeploying code using the Uniface language
Strong knowledge of Unifacetriggers, components, and services
Experience in integratingapplications with existing systems & third-party APIs
Experience with relational &SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.)
Proficiency in Uniface scripting,debugging, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with web services(SOAP/REST), XML and middleware integration
Experience in modernizing Unifaceapplications
Knowledge of Uniface with cloudplatforms
Familiarity with Unix/Linuxenvironments and scripting
Understanding of security bestpractices in Uniface applications
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills
Experience in designing, building,and configuring applications using Uniface
Experience working in Agile orWaterfall methodologies
Knowledge of version controlsystems such as Git
Understanding of software testingprinciples and techniques
Experience with web developmenttechnologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Roles & Responsibilities
Application Development &Maintenance
Design, develop, and maintainapplications using Uniface
Implement forms, triggers,services, and batch processes
Enhance existing applications andoptimize performance
Database Integration &Management
Work with Oracle, SQL Server, DB2,or other databases
Write and optimize SQL queries,stored procedures, and triggers
Ensure seamless databaseconnectivity and performance
Application Support &Troubleshooting
Debug and resolve applicationissues in Uniface
Work with end-users and businessanalysts to fix defects and improve functionality
Provide technical support andperform system enhancements.
Integration & MiddlewareDevelopment
Develop and maintain integrationsbetween Uniface applications and other
enterprise systems (APIs, WebServices, etc.)
Work with middleware tools toensure data exchange between different platforms
Performance Optimization &Code Review
Conduct code reviews and enforcebest practices
Optimize applications forscalability, reliability, and speed
Documentation & ProcessImprovement
Create and maintain technicaldocumentation for Uniface applications
Participate in process improvementinitiatives and suggest best practices
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
