will be responsible for the supervision of the company's accounting and financial activities, ensuring

This position supports the Controller in managing accounting, financial, and tax activities, ensuring

compliance, and preparing financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including monthly,

quarterly, and annual reports.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to accounting standards (GAAP) and regulatory

requirements.
Internal Controls: Contributing to the development and maintenance of internal controls to

safeguard company assets.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Supporting the budget process and providing variance analysis.
Audits: Coordinating with external and internal auditors.
Cash Flow Management: Overseeing cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Tax Compliance: Assisting with tax returns and compliance.
Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements and other balance sheet accounts.
Staff Supervision: Supervising accounting staff and providing guidance and training.
Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance

efficiency.

Job Requirements
Minimum 7-10 years' progressive accounting experience.
BS Degree in Accounting required.
Expert organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central required.
High proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate financial information.
Ability to supervise and mentor accounting staff.
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
High energy and a can-do attitude exhibit a responsible and responsive tenacity.
