La personne titulaire de ce poste dirige et encadre l'quipe de mle en appliquant les pratiques exemplaires Agile; met en uvre des mesures pour amliorer la productivit et la qualit des livrables; favorise l'adoption des pratiques de la mle dans l'ensemble de l'organisation; identifie, gre et rduit les problmes et les risques lis aux projets.

Responsabilits du poste
  • Diriger des runions d'quipe et offrir une influence et un encadrement l'quipe sur les principes Agile
  • Assurer l'intendance du processus SAFe Agile
  • Encourager l'amlioration constante et minimiser les perturbations externes
  • Coordonner et faciliter la planification des incrments de programme et documenter les objectifs viss, le tableau de l'quipe et les tapes
  • Animer des mles quotidiennes et des rtrospectives d'quipe
  • Collaborer avec le responsable de produit la gestion des tches en attente
  • Aborder les obstacles, les rsoudre ou les faire escalader au prochain chelon, s'il y a lieu
  • Surveiller l'efficacit de l'quipe et faire le suivi du progrs quotidien par rapport l'outil Agile choisi
  • Participer aux runions de mle de mles pour aborder les problmes ne pouvant tre rsolus par l'quipe
  • Assurer l'efficacit de l'quipe d'un bout l'autre
  • Assurer l'affinage des tches en attente et la planification de l'itration
  • Interagir avec les clients, les utilisateurs et les tiers selon les besoins; proposer des solutions cratives aux problmes d'utilisateur identifis par l'entremise d'amliorations, de projets ou de l'ouverture de billets
  • valuer la porte complte (budget, temps, effort) et les impacts sur le systme des solutions proposes


Exigence minimale
  • Diplme universitaire ou l'quivalent et plus de 7 ans d'exprience pertinente

Job Description

This role leads and coaches the scrum team in Agile best practices, implements action to improve productivity and quality of deliverables, drives adoption of scrum practices throughout the organization, and identifies, manages and mitigates project issues and risks.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conducts team meetings and influences and coaches the team on Agile mindset
  • Serves as guardian of the SAFe Agile process
  • Drives relentless improvement efforts and minimizes outside disruptions
  • Coordinates and facilitates Program Increment (PI) Planning and documents committed objectives, team board and milestones
  • Conducts daily stand ups and team retrospectives
  • Works with Product Owner to manage the backlog
  • Addresses impediments and resolves or escalates as needed
  • Monitors team velocity and tracks daily progress against chosen Agile tool
  • Attends Scrum of Scrum meetings to escalate issues that can't be handled within the team
  • Enables an effective team on the train
  • Conducts backlog refinement and iteration planning
  • Interact with customers, users and third parties as appropriate; propose creative solutions to user problems identified through enhancements, projects or tickets
  • Evaluate entire scope (budget, time, effort), and the system impacts of the solutions proposed

Minimum Requirement - Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

  • Forecasting and identifying challenges ahead

  • Extensive Scrum/Agile experience, including budgeting in an Agile environment.
  • Thorough understanding of IT and software concepts, software design development and modeling
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, including in crisis situations and in multi-tasking mode

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$85,400 - $142,400
