Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8-10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong background in project management.
- Proficiency in event storming techniques and experience facilitating event storming sessions.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Experience with manufacturing systems such as LIMS, CeLabs, MES, ERP - SAP.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Facilitate event storming sessions with cross-functional teams to map out business processes and model complex systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Manage the planning and execution of medium to large-scale projects, ensuring delivery of intended outcomes.
- Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and control the schedule and financial health of assigned programs and projects.
