JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Penetration Tester / Cybersecurity Analyst to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client. This individual will play a critical role in performing advanced cybersecurity testing, ensuring system security compliance, and identifying vulnerabilities across various platforms. The successful candidate must meet all required certifications and bring a solid foundation in IT and penetration testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on networks, systems, and applications
- Support red team/blue team cybersecurity exercises and simulation events
- Analyze testing results and provide detailed technical reports with remediation recommendations
- Collaborate with IT teams, system administrators, and cybersecurity personnel to secure critical infrastructure
- Ensure systems meet compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and frameworks
- Apply best practices in cybersecurity defense, threat detection, and system hardening
- Maintain up-to-date certifications and complete relevant continuing education and training
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications include:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher with 3+ years of IT experience,
OR - High School Diploma or equivalent with 7+ years of IT experience
Required Certifications (must hold all the following prior to start):
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Penetration Testing Certification (one of the following):
- Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
- GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN)
- DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification (one of the following):
- CASP+ CE
- CCNP Security
- CISA
- CISSP
- GCED
- GCIH
- CCSP
- Army DoD 8750-Approved Windows Computing Environment (CE) Certification
(e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, MCSA, etc.) - Army DoD 8750-Approved Linux Computing Environment (CE) Certification
(e.g., CompTIA Linux+, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), etc.)
