Our growing team has an open role for a Director, Treasury who will oversee all Treasury Management with a special focus on debt, cash management, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and project management. The Director oversees various credit facilities, management, and issuance of Letters of Credit/Guarantees. Key activities include debt and interest payments, wire transfers, cash flow management, reporting, and forecasting. This individual will oversee bank account analysis, maintain positive banking relationships in support of the credit facility including systems, user access, and fee structures.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the Global debt position by each segment and works to minimize the interest expense and optimize cash flow
- Support the SVP & Treasury team with research of new debt instruments, hedging opportunities, and options to minimize risk associated with financial instruments
- Lead the Treasury team with issuance and renewal of loan agreements including data gathering, analytics, data room support as well as documentation
- Provide Global cash reporting and analysis to Executive and Senior Management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Lead forecasting of all global cash flow, debt as well as interest expense and working with FP&A to ensure alignment to all forecasts as well as actuals
- Oversee all financial analysis and modeling related to all debt instruments, investments and interest expense/income
- Manage all North America Corporate banking relationships, including banking systems, fee structure, status of accounts and other banking issues
- Direct the issuance of wire transfers and letters of credit as well as its respective reporting
- Work directly with each business segment on deals to support managing the execution of each one seamlessly
- Manage strong internal control environment and ensures compliance to key Treasury SOX controls
- Lead compliance and regulatory efforts, fraud and risk mitigation for all Treasury processes
- Develop and maintain key partnerships with cross functional teams including AP, AR, Accounting, FP&A to streamline processes, reporting and forecasting and enhance savings opportunities
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders and other process leaders through transparency and partnership
- Lead the team with documenting processes and continuous improvement on streamlining processes
- Hire, develop and manage a team of professionals so that each member is performing at their best/most effective levels in the organization. Establishes and communicates performance standards and objectives
- Conduct annual performance reviews and provide timely feedback
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field, Masters/MBA preferred
- 10+ years experience in Treasury, preferably in a Corporate Treasury function required
- Excellent communication skills to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration with stakeholders
- Hire, develop and manage a team of professionals so that each member is performing at their best/most effective levels in the organization
- Establishes and communicates performance standards and objectives
- Conduct annual performance reviews and provide timely feedback
