Sales Manager - Pipe Fabrication & Supply Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Representatives, Estimators, and Cost Estimators to meet and exceed individual and collective sales goals.
  • Create a positive, high-performance culture through continuous coaching, mentorship, and feedback.
  • Define performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and address performance issues promptly and effectively.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding by participating in hiring decisions and leading training initiatives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and guide professional development for each team member.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking; generate performance reports for leadership.
  • Assist with managing sales budgets, monitoring expenditures, and contributing to financial planning.
  • Handle employee discipline and terminations in line with company policy.
  • Drive revenue growth by executing strategic sales plans and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Host regular team meetings to assess progress, set goals, and communicate updates.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and accountable team culture.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships while exploring new business avenues.
  • Analyze sales metrics and implement changes to improve performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and performance insights to executive leadership.
