The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 - $150,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the governance, oversite, and delivery of key portfolio initiatives, providing transparency to ensure that the right projects are moving forward and are held accountable to deliver business value
- Produce reporting tools and mechanisms to monitor and track performance to executive leadership
- Collaborate on the prioritization and sequencing of annual business planning
- Work with cross-functional teams on select initiatives to assess status and measurement of key enterprise initiatives in the context of the broader enterprise portfolio
- Foster relationships with team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identify, raise and mitigate issues and risks, and hold self and team accountable for results
- Ensure project documentation, decisions and specifications are formally documented and maintained
- Report metrics to track progress against objectives as it relates to the enterprise portfolio
- Support the continuous improvement of the enterprise portfolio management framework
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with external partners to provide relevant support
- Exhibit solution-oriented approaches to program management with a bias for action
- 3-5 years of professional experience; prior experience within a Transformation Office (or similar or in Consulting) preferred
- BA/BS degree (pre-MBA)
- Highly motivated - exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments, and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high level of accuracy
- Comfort with ambiguity - ability to synthesize implications and triangulating from various data sources
- Well organized - ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and in collaborative manner in a cross-functional environment
- Advanced in PowerPoint; Proficient in Excel, PowerBI (not required) and MS Office
- Experience in retail or consumer products preferred, but not required
